Cloning is taking a naturally functioning set of DNA codes and simply placing them into an empty cell. Synthetic biology is where the cell is re-programmed before being placed into its new cell.
Are we ready for synthetic engineering?
My task for now is to try to discover the different views and opinions that other individuals and organisations have on the subject.
I will also intend to discover any attempts to promote or demote such technologies. How have people achieved their goles in a design sense and has it had any affect on the public?
